Exceptional hotel with brand-new rooms, absolutely stunning views over the domed skyline. Comfortable beds, air conditioning, TV, and a coffee machine in the room. The pool area is clean too. A beautiful restaurant and a poolside bar available.

We had an absolutely fabulous room, also there were a minibar, central heating and a work desk. The breakfast was very very good with a la carte options, and had all you need.

Exceptionally clean and exceptional place and the breakfast was nice hot and delicious. My double room was tastefully decorated, had a comfortable bed. The staff were extremely well trained and very professional and check-in was easy. It had central location close to Sant'onofrio. The area was fantastic close enough to Trastevere, and 'liquid' restaurant. The service was very good and the pool was clean. Besides, my parking was on site:)))

Luxury property, has attentive staff from the included breakfast buffet to the turn-down service. Tastefully decorated unit with a jacuzzi on the terrace.

I was given a nicely decorated room with an iron, a jacuzzi, accurate temperature control. The breakfast with a la carte options was marvellous and delicious for what you got.

Grounds were kept spotlessly clean, breakfast was hot and delicious. The double room was brand-new, had absolutely stunning views. Got comfortable bed and air conditioning, TV, and a coffee machine. The hotel had indeed a the best location so close to all the sites.

The staff is useful and helpful. The hotel offers a huge variety of food that was outstanding.

it's wonderful relaxing hotel with absolutely stunning garden views and competent staff. peaceful and the best location in the fantastic area, very close to hot day's sightseeing, marvellous gardens and piazza navona and trastevere. plus, walking distance to passeggiata del gianicolo. perfectly pleasant overall experience.

The breakfast at Villa Agrippina Gran Melia was amazing with a great selection of fruits, bread, and excellent coffee. The waitresses were friendly and the swimming pool was beautiful. The hotel staff were helpful, efficient, and friendly. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the Vatican.

The location is absolutely perfect and magnificent and they have parking on site. The units are nicely decorated and well-appointed for our 2 young children.

As the first customers, we had a wonderful experience in Gran Melia Rome. Staffs are really helpful and friendly. Beautiful garden and swimming pool. The hotel located on a hill near Vantican city and St Angelo castle, very good location! Real 5-star hotel! Worth it! Love it!

SPA zone and outside swimming pool zone are really good!

I ate at a large restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The view of the sea was fantastic. Its location very close to Sant'onofrio was unbeatable and magnificent. The staff were attentive and very amiable as well, will be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, close to all the sights and on the Tiber river. The hotel facilities, including the beautiful garden and pool, were lovely and special. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the housekeeping team providing a real treat by coming twice daily. The staff, from the check-in staff to the staff by the pool, were superb. The breakfast was delicious and the staff in the restaurant and bar were professional and attentive. we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenience and comfort of this hotel.

Great hotel! We enjoyed it! 1. Location-perfect! 10min walking to Vaticano, 10 min - to Plazza Navona, 10min -to Trastevere. 2. Facilities at the hotel, rooms - there are all that you need 3. Transfer from airport - comfortable 4. Area of the hotel is great, nice, designed, has a swimming pool, djakuzi and very comfortable outside beds. 5. Staff is very kind and frendly!!!

There is some inconsistency between hotels service department. When we werent in the room during all day, nobody cleaned it. Just have come, housekeepers knocked the door))) An hour later other housekeepers could come, an hour later houskeeper's contro service could knocked the door))) Asked something ( to bring, to change at the room) to reception clarks you should ask second time usually later. I hope it is because of the hotel is new, just opened. These trifles will be corrected. Then this hotel will have mark 10!!!!
